We are very excited to get going on this show, and we hope you are too!

We promise to always be up front with all aspects of your family's involvement with the production to the best of our ability, and we thank you in advance for being patient with us as we establish a simple, user-friendly system of payment for our families.

Rehearsals for this show will offer around 100 hours of expert instruction, direction and fun for your child.  We did the math, and the hourly per-child cost is only around 50 cents!  We think that's an awesome value, and we hope you agree.

The breakdown of fees are below, so you can see how we have worked out the costs of putting on a show of this caliber in a professional environment such as Performance Plus/RVP Studios, which offers us access to a theatre, dance studio, music rehearsal rooms and a lounge for parents to wait comfortably in while the kids rehearse should they wish to remain on premises.  If they prefer to leave the building, our facility is right off of Rte. 1/Boston Post Rd. in Orange, CT within a few minutes of virtually every shopping, entertainment and dining establishment you can name.  Fun for them, fun for you!  Win-Win.

THE DETAILS

The costs per child** are as follows:

Participation Fee:  $125.00

This fee covers most aspects of the production costs, including but not limited to the following: rights of the Disney property 'The Lion King Jr.', space rental, salaries for our professional staff of artists, and technical requirements of scenery, lighting and sound.

Costume/Makeup Fee:  $50.00

Parents will not be responsible for any aspect of their children's costumes, with the exception of proper undergarments and shoes as needed.  Makeup will also be provided, unless you prefer that your child not use communal makeup, in which case please ask us what you will need to provide for them.

Script Fee:  $20.00

All cast members may keep their scripts, which are priced at $20 each.  If a student loses their script and requires a new one, they will have to pay an additional

PAYMENT SCHEDULE AND POLICY

On Friday, October 17th, we will send out casting announcements via email to parents, along with an invoice for a non-refundable deposit of $50 due upon acceptance of each role.

On Saturday, November 2nd, 2019 we will hold a PARENT MEETING from

1:30-2:30 p.m., immediately followed by our FIRST READ/LISTEN THRU for the FULL CAST from 2:30-4:30 p.m.

At the PARENT MEETING, you will be given paperwork and contracts to sign, and you will be asked to attach a check made out to "Fuse Theatre of CT, L.L.C." for the balance of $145.00.  If, for any reason this presents a hardship for you, please send us an email at fusetheatrect@gmail.com asking what options there may be available to you financially and we absolutely will work with you, discreetly and on a one-on-one basis, to make sure that your child can be a part of this show.

**If you have more than one child who wishes to participate, we can offer $30 off each additional child's participation fee.  We love the idea of siblings performing together and we want to make it easier on our families to make it happen.
